Panaderia – (Mexican Bakery) Panaderias are found in every corner in Mexico, but until now Anchorage was missing a Panaderia. With a growing population of the Hispanic Community in Anchorage Alaska, it was time for a Panderia to open up. Ollin Cafe has been offering Pan Dulce since 2007 but it wasnt until the close downs of restaurants in Anchorage that the space previously used for dine-in became the new Panaderia within Ollin Cafe.
